Assigning and Re-assigning a Shift Pattern

If only one Shift Pattern exists within the Shift Pattern Schedule, perform the following to assign a second Shift Pattern:

• Select [ Shift Pattern ] from the Shifts screen to display the Shift Pattern Assignment screen
• Select [ Assign Pattern ]
• Select the desired Shift Pattern
• Select Start Date to display the date selector screen
• Select the appropriate Start Date and then [ OK ]
• Select [ Save ] on the Shift Pattern Assignment screen to assign this pattern.

If two Shift Patterns already exist, the second Shift Pattern can be Unassigned by performing the following:

• Select [ Shift Pattern ] from the Shifts screen to display the Shift Pattern Assignment screen
• Select [ Unassign Pattern ]
• Select [ Save ] to unassign this second pattern.

If appropriate a new second Shift Pattern can be assigned.
