Planned Start and Finish

When an Activity is first inserted a Planned Start and Finish is recorded for the Activity.  If the Activity then moves to a new Start and Finish the planned values are retained for reporting purposes.

The Set Planned Start and Finish facility allows for the planned Start and Finish values to be reset to the current Start and Finish of the Activity.  

To reset a Planned Start and Finish for an Activity that is in the past perform the following:

• Select the Activity that the planned values are to be change for
• Select [ Options ] and then [ Set Planned Start ]
• Select [ OK ] to the confirm dialogue to set the new values.

To reset a Planned Start and Finish for one or more Activities that are either current or in the future perform the following:

• Select the first Activity that the planned values are to be change for
• Select [ Options ] and then [ Set Planned Start ] to display the following screen:

• Choose either For the selected Activity or For all Activities from the selected Activity and then [ OK ] to set the new values.
