Production Lines
About Production Lines
A Production Line has the following attributes:
- Name
- User Reference
- Description
- Ramp Up Percentage
The Ramp Up Percentage is the percentage of the Target Rate the Line must operate at (for the Ramp Up Span) to trigger the end of the Ramp Up Duration. This value is entered for the Line (via Production Lines) or for a Product assigned to the Line. If assigned for a Product assigned to the Line, this value will override any value entered against the Line.
- Ramp Up Span
The Ramp Up Span is the duration for which the Line must operate at (above the Target Rate) to trigger the end of the Ramp Up Duration. This value is entered for the Line (via Production Lines) or for a Product assigned to the Line. If entered to a Product assigned to the Line, this value will override any value entered against the Line.
- Sync Activity Schedule
Sync Activity Schedule is used to determine whether Activities are tightly synchronised across all Line Areas. If Sync Activity Schedule is ticked then any change made to an Activity in one Line Area will be propagated to all Line Areas. If Sync Activity Schedule is not ticked then once a schedule is imported then changes can be made to an Activity in one Line Area that are not propagated to other Line Areas.
- Filter Down Time
When Filter Down Time is turned on the Down Time Event list will only display Down Time that occurred during a Production Activity.
