Products

Each Product has the following attributes:

• Name
• Description
• Variant
  Used if there is the need to differentiate on the Name.  Used in combination with the Name to create a unique record.
• User Reference
• Product Code
  This is a compulsory field and must be unique.

Key points:

• The Product will not be available for use until it has been assigned to a Line Route.
• Production Details will be required in addition to the Product definitions.

Importing and Exporting Products

Products can be imported and exported to and from the Administration application using CSV files.  Please note, before importing information it is recommended that all import rules are clearly understood.
