esCollate Implementation

The training and coaching services support increased
levels of engagement by factory employees for the esCollate™
implementation.

An implementation of esCollate™ provides an opportunity to markedly improve the way factory employees feel about their work environment and the relationship they have with the organisation.  The single most influential factor for the factory employee is the relationship they have with their front line manager.
The front line manager training and coaching is focussed on the following two crucial areas:

  • The ability to motivate and engage team members
  • The style and focus of communication.

Training is provided in each of these two areas in two hour workshops.  Follow up coaching is provided over a period agreed with the customer, and usually spans at least six months in duration.
